9pm. The shop number rings.

You are under a house, or you are asleep.

Sewage is in a shower, or water is coming through a ceiling.

The customer does not wait.

We answer in your shop's name and try to put that customer on the phone with your tech before they call the next plumber.

Your phone still rang first.

You keep Jobber or Housecall for the morning.

See the two ways

What we actually do

  1. 1. The phone rings first.

It is the shop number customers already call. If you do not pick up, or the line is busy, and the hour is one you chose, we answer.

  2. 2. The voice follows the conversation.

It answers in your shop's name. It is not a menu.

  3. 3. Tonight or morning.

Sewage and water through a ceiling are tonight. A drip is morning. Morning does not wake the tech.

  4. 4. The fee is agreed on the call.

You set the fee. The caller hears it and agrees. The text says the fee was agreed. We get the address. No card is taken.

  5. 5. Then we try to put them on the phone with your tech.

That is the job. The two ways below are what happens on that try.

The two ways

Same call. The difference is what we do after the fee.

The one we recommend

Night Confirm

$449

a month

Unlimited night calls. No contract. No setup fee. 14 nights at $0 if a real job never hits your phone.

The caller stays on the line. We text them for a photo while they are still there.

We try your first tech live. If he does not pick up, we try the second. The caller is still waiting.

If someone picks up, the customer is handed over and told that name.

If neither picks up, both get the text with the photo. The first YES wins.

A name is given only if someone picked up or texted YES. Otherwise the customer is told nobody confirmed.

The other way

Night Answer

$299

a month

Unlimited night calls. No contract. No setup fee. 14 nights at $0 if a real job never hits your phone.

One live try. If your tech picks up, he and the customer are on the phone together. The job is caught.

If he does not pick up, he gets the text and calls back.

The voice does not say a truck is coming.

Tonight or morning

Tonight. Sewage. Water through a ceiling. A burst pipe. A water heater pouring.

Morning. A drip or a quote does not wake the tech. On Night Answer that lead is saved for your 7:00 text. On Night Confirm the customer gets a text at 7:30, and at 7:00 you get one text: which calls were connected, which were accepted by YES, and which are waiting for morning.

Gas. A gas smell goes to the gas company or emergency services. That is not a plumbing call.

One night job, against the month

Put in what one night job is worth. Your number, set against both prices.

$449

The one we recommend

Put in one night job. It will sit against this month.

$299

Night Answer

Put in one night job. It will sit against this month.

About 15 minutes

You give us the fee, the cell numbers, and the night hours. You say who provides the phone, so forwarding matches that line.

No card on this form. No setup fee. No login. You keep the shop number. The phone still rings first. Then one test call.

The voice is aimed live within 48 hours of forwarding. Texting can take extra days for carrier approval.

We will call you

No card. Name, shop, cell, and city.

Night Confirm, $449.

hello@useafterhoursdispatch.com is not live yet, so the text steps come once it is.
